We cannot be responsible for travel delays, health issues, inclement weather or early departures. Due to our limited number of rooms, cancellations affect us greatly, so when situations arise that necessitate a cancellation, we sympathize, however, we adhere to a strict cancellation policy.

In the unlikely event that you must cancel with less than 30 days notice, shorten your stay or check out early, please understand that we must ask you to take responsibility for your entire reservation.

Guests are responsible for payment of all nights reserved, regardless of actual arrival or departure date. By making your deposit you signify that you have read, understand and agree to the Cancellation Policy above and you understand that there are no exceptions. At Casa de Leyendas we rent our rooms by advance reservations. When you reserve a room or rooms, we agree to turn away all other requests for the room(s) you reserved, guaranteeing to hold them for the dates you requested.
